Shipping policy

Orders received before 1pm EST, Monday - Friday, ship the same day. All orders received after 1pm EST, Monday - Friday, ship the next business day. When an order is received and queued for processing you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

Once your order ships, you will receive a second email confirming its shipment and including its Tracking Number. 

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact our Customer Support team immediately by calling (866) 372-9622. PLEASE NOTE that we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been shipped.
