Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with any product that you purchased through www.PermaSafe.com, you may return it or exchange it subject to the following conditions:

  • In order to request a return or exchange, you must contact our customer service department at CustomerSupport@PermaSafe.com and initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery of your order containing the item(s) you seek to return.
  • In your return or exchange request, you must indicate the specific product with which you are not satisfied, and include your order number, name, and contact information, as well as the reason for your return or exchange request, and the new product with which you would like to replace the returned product, if you are requesting an exchange.
  • If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new, unused condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags, etc. in place. You’ll also need to include a copy of the original purchase receipt. We may not reimburse you for any shipping and handling fees that you incurred in returning any such product.
  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if it has been approved or not. If approved and you seek a product exchange, we will process the order accordingly. If you seek a refund, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take a week or more for your bank or credit card company to process and post such refunds. However, if more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved a refund, please contact us at CustomerSupport@PermaSafe.com.
  • Please note that only regular priced items may be returned or refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
EXCEPTIONS  /  NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including liquid antimicrobial products (such as our disinfectants, sanitizers, surface protectants, etc.). Please contact us at CustomerSupport@PermaSafe.com. if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged item, the wrong item, or if your order was shorted an item(s), please contact our Customer Support team immediately by calling (866) 372-9622, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST, or at CustomerSupport@PermaSafe.com any time, with your order information and details of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

*LOVE IT OR YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with any PermaSafe CLEAN or SHIELD product for any reason within thirty (30) days of your purchase through www.PermaSafe.com, you may receive a refund or credit towards a future purchase, subject to the following conditions:

In order to initiate a LOVE IT OR YOUR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE (the “Guarantee”) refund or credit claim, you must, within thirty (30) days of the delivery of your corresponding purchase, send your written request, together with the original dated purchase/payment receipt displaying the purchase date and the price you paid, to: PermaSafe Customer Service, 1182 East Newport Center Drive, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442.

Your written request must include:

  • A description of the specific product with which you are not satisfied.
  • The reason for your dissatisfaction.
  • Whether you would like a Refund or a Credit towards a future purchase.
  • Your name, contact information (including your email address) and shipping address.

The Guarantee is limited to PermaSafe CLEAN and SHIELD products purchased through www.PermaSafe.com.

The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser and to one single opened bottle of PermaSafe CLEAN or SHIELD. For all other returns, please see our above “Returns & Exchanges Policy.”
