How do I place a product order?
Please place orders directly through our website (www.PermaSafe.com) by browsing our products, adding those you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, proceeding to checkout, and following the corresponding prompts as directed.

When do orders ship from your facility?
Orders received before 1pm EST, Monday - Friday, ship the same day. All orders received after 1pm EST, Monday - Friday, ship the next business day.

Can I ship items to multiple addresses in one order?
At present, we only support shipping to one address per order. If you need to ship items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
