A single gallon of PermaSafe CLEAN can disinfect up to 9,000 square feet of surface area, which equates to 8 TIMES MORE surface area than other disinfectants

SO MUCH MORE FOR SO MUCH LESS

CLEAN was developed to not only deliver best-in-class, multi-purpose, multi-surface cleaning, sanitization, disinfection, and mold, mildew, fungi, allergen, and odor elimination, but also “Coverage Rate.” Coverage rate refers to the amount of surface area a given quantity of product can effectively treat, and is a key factor in determining an antimicrobial product’s true cost.

CLEAN’s unique chemical formulation includes processes and agents that dramatically reduce the size of its particles, an advantage that not only enhances its spreadability, coverage rate, and enables it to form remarkedly small, uniform droplets, but also enables it to more effectively penetrate both hard and soft surfaces.

When applied with a standard spray bottle, CLEAN’s coverage rate is similar to that of most other disinfectant cleaners and sanitizers, about 1,000 square feet per gallon. However, as displayed in the below chart, when applied with a properly sized “ULV” or “Electrostatic” Fogger, that single gallon of CLEAN can disinfect up to 8,000 square feet of surface area, which equates to 7 TIMES MORE surface area than other disinfectants can safely and properly treat per gallon, and an almost 88% REDUCTION in CLEAN’s COST per square foot!

Further, that same gallon of CLEAN, when diluted for sanitization and applied with a fogger, can effectively sanitize as much as 60,000 square feet of surface area, or 59 TIMES MORE surface area than other sanitizers can treat.

Using a fogger to apply CLEAN not only increases its coverage rate by up to 800%, but also reduces application times by as much as 80% … and time is money too! While fogging would likely increase any disinfectant’s coverage rate to some degree, and reduce their application times, if you check the labels of other disinfectants you’ll see that very few are EPA registered or approved for application by fogging. The reason for this simple: Most disinfectants are quite toxic and, as stated on their labels, “Hazardous to Humans and Domestic Animals.” Because foggers dispense these products in the form of a very fine, airborne mist or “fog,” their use can greatly increase the risk of exposure to installers, as well as any other persons or pets that may wander into an area being treated. CLEAN, on the other hand, is EPA rated Category IV for toxicity the very lowest toxicity rating any disinfectant can be awarded, and one that means no gloves or other Personal Protection Equipment are necessary when applying it, and no Precautionary Statements or Hazard Warnings are required on its labels.

Some other aspects of CLEAN that saves considerable time, money and effort are its unique chemistry and efficacy. CLEAN is an EPA registered, “One-Step, No-Rinse, No-Wipe, Spray-and-Walk-Away Disinfectant Cleaner and Deodorizer.” This means that, unlike other disinfectant cleaners that require surfaces to be cleaned before they are applied, and/or rinsed or wiped after application, CLEAN cleans, disinfects and deodorizes in one quick and easy, spray-and-walk-away step, with no need to rinse or wipe after it’s applied, even on Food Contact Surfaces.

Additionally, because CLEAN is EPA rated Category IV for toxicity and no gloves, respirators, or other Personal Protection Equipment are necessary when applying it … there are no gloves, respirators, or other Personal Protection Equipment to put on, purchase, and constantly replace, no concerns over toxic spills, and nothing to clean up.
